Fårfiolerna (lit. Legs of mutton) is Umeå University's best and only student spelmanslag, who in 2019 won first prize and became world champions at Norrköping Folkmusikfestival.
Even though the group naturally changes with students coming in and going out of the university, this is a tight knit group from near and far with one thing in common; they love folk music!
With the help of strings, keys, bellows and buttons, they offer groovy Scottish influences aswell as beefy polskas and beautiful waltzes.
